Trips with Ease SL ("noi") gestisce il sito web tripswithease.com e i suoi sottodomini linguistici. Ci impegniamo a proteggere i vostri dati personali in conformita con il Regolamento Generale sulla Protezione dei Dati (UE) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), la Legge Organica spagnola 3/2018 e tutte le leggi applicabili sulla protezione dei dati.
Operiamo come marketplace online e intermediario che collega i clienti con fornitori di tour indipendenti nelle Isole Baleari. Non operiamo ne forniamo i tour direttamente.

Fornitori di tour: condividiamo i dettagli rilevanti con il fornitore. Processori di pagamento: Stripe e/o PayPal elaborano il pagamento in modo sicuro. Analytics: Google Analytics con IP anonimizzato. Non vendiamo i vostri dati a terzi.
5. International Transfers
I vostri dati vengono elaborati principalmente nello Spazio Economico Europeo (SEE). I trasferimenti al di fuori del SEE sono protetti da Clausole Contrattuali Standard.

- Booking data: Retained for 5 anni dalla data del tour per motivi legali e contabili
- Contact messages: Retained for 2 anni dall'ultima comunicazione
- Analytics data: Retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default)

I nostri servizi non sono rivolti a persone di eta inferiore ai 16 anni. Non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati personali di minori.
